"O que faz dela a mais pura vodca é a água. Vem direto da fonte e não passa por tubulações ou torneiras. É trazida para a fábrica em tanques por caminhões. Depois, a água passa por um processo de filtragem para a eliminação de compostos químicos [minerais] indesejáveis que podem alterar seu sabor", explica a polonesa Aleksandra Kulak, descendente da sexta geração que cuida da produção da vodca.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Mestre de destilaria há 48 anos, Aleksandra e o filho, Maurycy, estiveram no Brasil na última segunda-feira para lançar a bebida.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Após a mistura do álcool com a água, a Pravda sofre ainda um processo de filtragem em carvão. Segundo Corbalán, o baixo teor alcoólico da bebida é "absolutamente compatível" com o rendimento esportivo de alto nível, "sempre que se leve em conta que a quantidade de cerveja ingerida seja adequada à capacidade do organismo de metabolizar o álcool".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O cardiologista se referiu à necessidade de eliminar determinados tabus em relação ao sumo da cevada, que definiu como "a primeira bebida para o atleta, após a água".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O catedrático de Fisiologia Médica da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Granada Manuel Castillo Garzón afirmou que, segundo as pesquisas, a ingestão moderada de cerveja não piora as capacidades psicocognitivas dos atletas porque não provoca a perda de campo de visão nem leva a um maior número de erros.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Garzón acrescentou que seu consumo aumenta a tolerância ao esforço físico e reduz o estresse que representa fazer exercícios em condições extremas. Para chegar a estas conclusões, o especialista avaliou as capacidades cognitivas e locomotoras de um grupo de jovens que, de forma aleatória, beberam cerveja ou água após fazer esporte em um quarto a 40ºC, situação que favorecia a desidratação.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Castillo Garzón analisou as capacidades dos jovens antes e uma hora e meia depois do exercício, para o qual usou um sistema utilizado para medir a reação dos pilotos de caças a determinados estímulos.
